Couples weekend in Baguio
Posted 2 Mar 2019 on HotelsLocation was good, but unfortunately right on a Jeepney route. There was noise at all hours of the night from our room. Breakfast and service were good.

Not value for money
Posted 1 Jan 2019 on HotelsThe hotel rooms are okay, we booked a family room. But the price is too much for the value of the room, the services, and also the lack of facilities in the hotel. There is no elevator, the breakfast was so pale, there was no automatic refill everyday of the amenities (coffee, shampoo etc.). They even had to charge us for an additional bed that we dont need nor requested, when our booking says we paid already in full. The amount they charged us is also different from what was quoted by hotel.com (more than 15% was quoted by hotel), and they couldnt explain this to us. They were also too hard on the check in policy, 2pm (we were there at 12nn) because there were no cleaners available or have to clean other rooms first whose occupants are not even there yet.
It was also near other tourist spots and traffic can be so congested as the road leading to the place is narrow, it will take you an hour to travel to the place with a short distance of only 3kms.

The best hotel experience as it is near tourist spots like Mines View, The Mansion, Wright Park, Good Shepherd, etc. Great value for money.

This is a relatively new hotel located in a quiet residential area in Baguio City. It has a small reception and dining areas, and no elevator. Parking is limited to 6 cars but you can park in front or along the side streets.
Our room was located on the 3rd floor. It was clean, spacious, and equipped with all the basic amenities such as mini refrigerator, coffee pot, and hairdryer. However, the bathroom shower pressure was quite weak. You have to keep on pressing the shower button if you want to keep the water running.
The staff is friendly and accommodating but the housekeeping staff forgot to replace our toiletries on the second day.
