Nice hotel. Not too far from Victory liner terminal.
We were accommodated even with late check in.
We had a good hotel experience.

The hotel was nice. Being from the US I am definitely used to a different lifestyle when it comes to staying in hotels.
The room was very spacious, however the bed was very firm, the pillows were very flat (and when asked for a couple of more we were told there was an extra charge), the shower area wasn't the cleanest and the shower faucet/head was very clogged and sprayed more of a mist than a water stream.
The wifi was very weak and would cut out often.
Other than that, it wasn't too bad.
Would consider staying again, but would not be a first choice.

Stayed at 456 Hotel for 9 nights in mid July. This place is in the best location. Within walking distance to Burnham Park and all manner of restaurants and services. Facility is brand new and very clean. Staff is friendly and courteous, I suspect one of the reasons for that is the presence of hands on property owners one of whom I think was present during my late night check in process. And yet this place is very well priced. Ok, I did get a free upgrade to a room with a view bit I think the owner did that out of courtesy for my extended stay. Will I stay at 456 Hotel again - MOST DEFINITELY!
