"We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "Property is perfectly located for Antibes old town, antibes and beaches on bothe the east and west coasts. Plenty of places to eat and drink, buy groceries etc. Accomodation had just about everything we required for 2 people but 4 would be a struggle. Good views, pleasant staff. Very happy to return."

"Thought your front staff were superb. They could not do enough to help me. Food service was excellent and the quality very good. The condition of the bathroom In my view was poor considering this is a business hotel and everything else superb. "

"It was a quick 2 night stay. But it was perfect the room was spacious with a beautiful view. My one issue was how warm the room was, I did solve this issue by leaving the door open while in the room. Other than that everything was great. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. "
