"The service at this hotel was impeccable. We were running late for our wine tasting but they were still SO accommodating! The rooms were beautiful and the view from the hotel are amazing. It was super accessible to everything. Also, the parking options were great - highly recommend. They're so responsive through texting and it was great to have this level of service. Highly rec! "

"Convenient and close to transportation and the historic center. The breakfast was very good and the choices very good quality. I asked to be change the room the first night and they changed us the next day for a very nicer room with balcony and more modern that the first one, we spend 6 nights."

"Great stay in late November. Views are breathtaking. Unusual rooms with a lot of history. Good breakfast. Dinner is rather on a high price end $250.00 for four. Be aware to use hot water wisely. "The Alma Domus really couldn’t have been any better for my 2 night stay in Siena. As a solo traveller I’m used to a small room and a single bed but the room was spacious and I had a queen bed. Bathroom was large and shower hot with good power. Everything was immaculately clean. I even had a view of the Duomo! Particularly pretty at night. Location was perfect. Everything you want to see within a 10 minute walk. And breakfast was a treat. Cappuccino, fresh fruit, yoghurt, pastries & other sweet things as well as meats and cheese. Fabulous - thank you. "

We enjoyed our stay very much.

"We had an excellent 4-night stay at Hotel Italia. We were particularly impressed by the friendliness, helpfulness, efficiency of the staff - desk, breakfast room, cleaning service. Our room was clean and well-kept. All the facilities worked well: shower temperature and pressure, heating, lights, tea kettle, refrigerator. The beds were standard European firmness. The bedding was cozy. Breakfast was a delicious spread, with lots to choose from. The Hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station, and an easy walk to the historic district. We highly recommend Hotel Italia."
