Pathetic rooms

Although we had booked Pool-facing rooms, we got allotted sub-ground level stinky rooms. The backside region, next to balcony was stinking like anything because of open gutter.

Dear Nitin, we do NOT sell pool facing rooms online for any booking company or OTA. We also clarified with your booking agent and with you that pool facing rooms are not for sale online. It's not our fault for your booking agent misleading you.

Not polite reception

The owner is rude. They are asking for the photocopy of the credit card. which is not ethically right in India. We had a harsh discussion. They had given us a tough time and nearly ruined our trip at the very beginning.and then allowed check-in. I saw owner was shouting at a guy and was saying "Stay out from my property, Go to Russia..do what you can do..go to consulate or police station..blahh blaah...". This is not the way to treat the foreigner in India. It hurts when you see anything like this. Not recommends to anyone. Please don't ruin your money here. TV was not working. Called them many times in my three-day stays.. They had excuses. Rooms are dirty. Staff is not polite.

Third time at this hotel. Great location off Tito's Lane yet very quiet. Helpful staff. Recommend

Off season travellers are not treated well

Hotel did not have any other amenities. Only the room was clean and comfortable. There was no Wi-Fi. The hotel contact number was not working when we tried before reaching the hotel and it was not in working condition even when we left the hotel.

Worst experience ever!!!!

Ask for an extra pillow or a towel and all you get to hear is a blunt no, No kindness the staff has.. Rooms were stinky and bathroom just had one soap for the three of us who were staying there. No hote in the world gives you and explanation that we give only one towel in a day.. Or we don't give extra pillows, If that's the case then please increase your comfort provisioning . Highly wouldn't recommend to anyone

Pros: location, people, environment.
Cons: internet access

Everything was good exept for one thing. Internet access was realy bad. Get regulars disconnects. Do not rely on the internet access!
