A mouse in my room

I would warn other travelers to not book this hotel using any online booking service. Its a decent hotel, but you should pay cash when you arrive, and it is a bit overpriced for its quality of rooms. I paid ahead of time for my stay using hotels.com, and when it came time to check out all the staff had never even heard of hotels.com. So I spent two hours trying to check out, and eventually had to pay the hotel and pursue reimbursement from hotels.com. So do yourself a favor, and don't book this hotel online. Oh, and there was a mouse in my room.

Cet hôtel n'a pas reconnu ma réservation. J'étais complètement abasourdi par la réponse du management. Ça ne vaut pas la peine de décrire l'horrible scène de la discussion.
