Issue with access to app caused problems booking restaurants .
Having reserved sunbeds on the beach was fantastic and should be communicated to potential customers , such a great idea !
Entertainment staff were superb .

The property is great, but they really need to work on the food. It is not very good at all for the price point. If they can dial the food in , then the resort would be amazing!!

Resort is good for relaxing 3 days, not convenient for international tourists to explore the local culture and beaches around Sardinia. Bear in mind it’s at the outskirts of town meaning you are forced to book a taxi or rent a car (left hand drive) and journey across the mountains spinning around. If you want to explore the real charm of Sardinia, best to stay near Olbia or Alghero very convenient and reasonably priced accommodation plus accessible to easy transport. Is Serena is way out of exploration, also the resort force you to book all inclusive, not ideal as Food options are not great. Breakfast is ok.
I hope they improvise on catering variety of
International cuisine in their kitchen. Otherwise it’s a beautiful location for sunset and clean serene place.
