There are 3 buildings of the same hotel. The newest one I stayed in is across the river, actually in a different village technically... this newer building lacks the charm of the old part. The construction was just finished, the rooms are ok, but not to the standards of a 4 star hotel. The TV screens are small, there is no AC, so it is uncomfortably hot in the summer

We thought we were staying at the original Limmathof, but this was a new and modern building along the river. A bit difficult to get to by car, but a great location along the river even with the construction going on across the river. The staff was excellent. Very friendly and helpful and spoke good English.

A trap! When you book on Internet, you have no access to this nice building, but to the ugly one on the other side of the bridge high modern with low level facilities and breakfast! The pool is in the old building, sure, you will run in bathing suite in December with 0° C outside walking 200 m with wet hair... Never again.

Dear guest Thanks for taking the time to give us a feedback. In the description of our hotel it is written, that Limmathof Baden consists of two buildings. The historical buildig in Baden and the modern building in Ennetbaden. Maybe this modern art of architecture is not your flavor. We try to emend our communication, to avoid missunderstandings. We have a varied, lovingly prepared breakfast buffet. It's not huge, because we keep an eye on sustainability to avoid food waste. The short distance walk is a nice way to get fresh air and with the bathrobe in the hotel room, we provide our guests from getting a cold. We wish you had a better experience. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, we can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown fond of. Very much satisfied!!

We really had a nice stay. The spa was great and the hotel rate was reasonable for the quality. I would like to stay here again.
