Frühstück hervorragend. Service freundlich jedoch etwas umstrukturiert.

Disappointing and poor service recovery
Posted 28 Jul 2021 on HotelsI stayed for 7 nights and on three occasions the room was not cleaned. I told the hotel each time and yet it happened again and again. On the first two occasions, it was not too late in the day so they could sort it out but not the third time. It was incredible that this could happen in a hotel like Radisson. No explanation was given how this could have happened not once but three times.
The breakfast situation was equally abysmal. There was no proper organisation so there could be days on which standard items in the cereal section were missing. A guest even had to tell the staff there was egg on the floor which was lying there for very long and should be cleaned up. The coffee machine broke down one day. A group of 6 men smoked in the al fresco area so smoke was blowing across the tables the whole time. At no point did the staff say anything. One or two minor lapses would be one thing but almost every other day, there will be some issue.
For all this, all the hotel could do was to offer to deduct city tax and a taxi ride to the train station - i.e. less than 50 euros. To date, the city tax has still not been refunded and such service recovery is really unsatisfactory.

Lovely hotel without usable facilities.
Posted 21 Jul 2021 on HotelsThis is a lovely hotel with very friendly reception. Unfortunately we picked the wrong day as the indoor facilities were closed including the bar. Also my wife left a new pair of trainers behind but we are finding it impossible to contact the hotel. Phone just rings out. Tried reservations first and after a 6-7 minute wait we were answered only to be told we had the wrong dept. The lady in reservations then abruptly hung up!

Basic but acceptable hotel. Pictures appear better than the real deal. No complaints for anything in particular. A pleasant stay, good service from staff, additional facilities available on request (eg iron). Misleading info about spa being open when only pool is currently available for use (no steam room / sauna)

Radisson is the place to stay great staffs service beautiful breakfast.

Room not sanitized or clean. Parking facility is open to public and guest, therefore you have to park at the Galerie which is a lot more expensive. We supppsedly had a garden view. There was no garden, grounds were unkept. Bathroom very small. Only one person can be in at a time. Not what we expected for a Radisson brand hotel.

Worst Hotel experience ever, public areas unclean and the pool area is in hygienic. Staff don’t even pick up the phone and are exceptionally rude. Parking is a joke and expensive. The photos have been taken from clever angles to make the rooms and especially the pool look far nicer and bigger than they are. The hotel looks like it is sits in its own grounds on the photographs but it is actually directly on a main road.
