The room was just about "OK". The surcharge for double occupancy over single occupancy for a double room was unreasonably high. Finally, when we informed the hotel three days in advance that we would NOT be having breakfast on our last morning, they still insisted on charging us for two breakfast, which was very upsetting.

Pleasant traditional gasthaus
Posted 29 Sep 2022 on HotelsA traditional guesthouse 20 mins walk on a pedestrian way to the pretty old town. Friendly welcome, spacious double room, generous, traditional breakfast. Restaurant not open every day out of season.

We were staying for one night on our biking tour.
The service was fast and polite.
The restaurant was amazing, the burgers very tasteful.
The hotel itself, especially the rooms need some renovation.
For one night is was ok, but for the fittings too expensive.

Hotel in die Jahre gekommen kein Aufzug vom Fenster aus Ausblick aufs nächste Dach Geruch ich komme nicht mehr

Von Freitag 06.10 auf Samstag 7.10.konnten wit gar nicht schlafen weil im Ganzen Haus die Klimaanlage gelaufen ist...Das war mein letzter Aufenthalt im Zollhaus...

Sehr geehrter Gast,es tut mir sehr leid zu hören, das Sie nicht schlafen konnten. Allerdings verfügt unser Haus über keine Klimaanlage, darum wundert es mich, das Sie eine solche gehört hatten... vielleicht kam das Geräusch wo anders her, ich kann es mir wirklich nicht erklären.
