This was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at. There was NO air conditioner in the rooms, NO refrigerator, room cleaning every other day. The front desk said they would bring fans ot cool the rooms, never did. Breakfast buffet lacking

Expensive

Prices have doubled since Covid 19 outbreak, yet rooms, facilities, service etc is exactly the same. Hotel is taking advantage of limited hotel availability due to Covid 19.

There is no self parking. 9€ per day.

There is no parking for the hotel. You have to park in tennis club and its 9€ per day.

Good facilities, poor restaurant policy

Facilities are lovely, swimming pool, gym and sauna all great. But if you book half board and the hotel isn't booked up then you have to take a shuttle bus to the restaurant of a different hotel down the road. This is a massive inconvenience. I asked if I could just order from the bar menu and was told that I could, but I would have to pay. Also I went down for dinner one night at 21.18 and the buffet was shut even though it shouldn't finish until 21.30. The receptionist seemed annoyed that I wasn't happy about this. In the end they did me some food from the bar menu but it took 15 minutes of complaining to get to this point.

Be careful if booking half board

What the hotel doesn't tell you is that if you book half board, and the hotel isn't overly busy then you have to go a couple of kilometres down the road by shuttle bus to another hotel for your meal. Also drinks aren't included in half board (even a glass of still water will cost you) and the hotel down the road is even more expensive for drinks. Also the level of English from most reception staff is poor.

Great area, good hotel but could be improved

The area and the hotel itself are really nice. It's very quiet in the rooms and we slept very well. The beds are comfortable, the restaurant is very nice and the food is good. The rooms look modern and are very clean. The only thing I would wish is that the toilet would be designed to close completely, but they have an open gap on the top that does not allow for much privacy or keeps the air separate from the rest of the room. I was a bit disappointed in the pool area. In the description of the hotel, it said that they have a hot top, but this was not the case. The swimming pool is also too cold to be able to relax and enjoy. Although I wissed the indoor pool was a bit warmer, I understand that it might be meant for people to swim and therefore is meant to be a bit cooler. However, the outdoor pool, that is not designed to swim in, was too cold to enjoy. I was also disappointed in the noise level at the pool area, where I expected it to be a place to relax in a relatively quiet area, it was noisy with people speaking loudly and children running around. The staff might also explain better the facilities to guests when they arrive and should make sure that there is always someone how speaks English at the reception since many of the staff speak very little English. The Wifi connection should also be improved, very slow and unstable. We often rely on the internet to make calls abroad so this is important.
