Booked two queen rooms, only received one
Posted 22 Jul 2019 on HotelsIt was a nice location. Unfortunately we booked two queen rooms. We got one very nice room with a balcony. The other room was a tiny room with one single bed for two people. There was no closet in the second room, no TV, no dresser. The nice room had a TV but the plug was broken and couldn’t be plugged in to the wall.
The internet was off from 2300-0800
The locations was amazing and the price was great. Just wish we’d received the two rooms we’d paid for.

New owners are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean and restaurant has good food.

Posted 9 Apr 2018 on HotelsWe never got an opportunity to stay here.. we booked for 2 nights... but the so called owner/care-taker (name:Alexander) asked us to wait (at 6pm) , as our room was getting ready.. we waited for about 1.5hr with a toddler in their lobby :( mostly everyone coming to check-in was waiting.. after 1.5hr he said we don't have any booking with our name.. He least bothered or cared about people waiting.. no compassion for people with little ones.. He said a sorry without any empathy & walked away! And we were stranded outside on a rainy night with a toddler..
Book here only if you want a DEPRESSING-PATHETIC experience!

Bei der Anreise musste ich sehr lange an der Rezeption warten und konnte mich nur sehr schwer auf Deutsch verständigen. Das Zimmer hat muffig gerochen, einen Fernseher bekam ich erst auf Nachfrage und die Dusche konnte ich aufgrund der fehlenden Duschabtrennung nicht benutzen. Die Abtrennung lag auf dem Balkon. Beim Versuch auszuchecken, hat leider niemand deutsch gesprochen.
