Breakfast is ok not super but ok Restaurant service is not so efficient I had to wait more of 40 min for one unique meal and the weiter gave me some bread only after half an hour I was waiting … they are not so polite with foreign people and this is a pity since the hotel itself is quite comfortable with nice atmosphere

A great place to catch your breath

A little pearl of tranquility with friendly staff and a great ambiance. The grounds are lovely too. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to try the spa.

Decent spa, dated rooms

Hotel is really dated. Front lobby and restaurant/bar appear renovated ca. 10y ago and are good, the residential areas (rooms, corridors etc.) are a journey back to the 1980s however. The spa was pretty decent.

Pleasant stay at a historic hotel in Bad Nauheim. Everything was great except for one big fail by the staff: I had an early Saturday morning train to catch to get to the Frankfurt airport. When I asked at reception Friday evening to reserve me a taxi for the transfer to the BN train station, I was told I only needed to come to reception in the morning and it would take 5 minutes to have one come to the hotel. That I did. After 15 minutes of waiting and train departure time getting closer, reception called back & the taxi company said they couldn't get anyone to come. With suitcase & backpack, I had to practically sprint to make the train in time. Not very impressed by this major lack of local knowledge.

I was there for a conference and then stayed on a few more days - it's a beautiful hotel with so much personality! The staff is great! The few frustrations I had were because it went from being a conference center to a much quieter hotel, so some things were no longer available and that hadn't been explained to me. Also, I had booked a massage in the spa, but they ended up cancelling through no fault of their own. They were gracious about it. Great pool and sauna experiences!

Very nice stay!

Very nice and spacious hotel, in beautiful surroundings. The nature surrounding the hotel is gorgeous. The hotel is centrally located in Bad Nauheim, with almost everything within walking distance. The hotel itself has an 'old Europe' vibe. The breakfast is excellent, and it's a real plus that you can sit outside. The garden is lovely. Hotel service in general is very good. At breakfast, I was checked various times, and asked for my room number repeatedly. This was a tad too much. Parts of the hotel, including the room I stayed in, as well as some of the hallways, would benefit from some renovating / restyling. Not that it's problematic by any means though. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in Hotel Dolce and would heartily recommend it.

I have been coming to this hotel for years whenever I am in town, usually every couple of years. It used to be the best place in town but over the years it has slipped a bit. The entire facility seems to be in need of some remodeling. Some elevators don't work. Doors are chipped. There is no way to take a shower without flooding the bathroom and it shows a bit on the floor and the bathroom door. This could probably be fixed easily but has not been fixed for years. Having a small refrigerator in the room would make a big difference. The previous refrigerators were removed and there is just a hole in the cabinet. Does not look nice and is so unnecessary. The rooms are very clean otherwise. Breakfast is fantastic although a bit pricey. The location is ideal. Everything, including the train station is within walking distance.

The best hotel in Bad Nauheim for quite some time. It is getting tired and needs an upgrade. For some time as well, staff should learn to be friendly - from check-in to check-out not a smile or a friendly word.

Loved the location as it was halfway between our son's home and the hockey rink where he plays. Beautiful park behind the facility, close to shops and restaurants. 15 minute walk to the train station.

Property was very good. We paid for breakfast, went to breakfast ones. It was very bad and not appealing at all. Poor selections, area with food was dark. I would not recommend to pay for it in the hotel. So many nice places in the area.
