Hotel WiFi needs improvement or another kind of system. Don't expect to stay connected to the WiFi. The Greek restaurant right across from the hotel has awesome food! As you walk out of the hotel it's right in front of you.

We actually changed our Wifi exactly one year ago and payed for the best System available from Goingsoft. Unfortunately it is the Deutsche Telekom that answers for poor Internet Speed in small towns like ours especially in the City Center. I am very sorry for that. Spacious room, bad wifi
Posted 15 Apr 2019 on HotelsRooms were a little dated but spacious. Staff was courteous and helpful but wifi was terrible. Being on a business trip it was difficult to get anything done.

Decor not to my taste.

Had to wait 10 minutes to check in as no one there.

I loveeeed everything about this hotel and little village it was in. It was picturesque!!!
Though the room I booked was on the high side, it was worth every single penny. It was clean and extremely beautiful with a high pressured shower and big corner bath. It was simply delightful. And the lovely lady at reception when I arrived, she is the sweetest person I have ever met, extremely welcoming and lovely. Only downside for me, breakfast wasn't with many options, too many cold meat and of course arconditioning in the room would have been nice. But I would stay at this place again, when the opportunity comes which I hope is very soon.

Germany Vacation
Posted 26 Aug 2018 on HotelsHotel staff spoke just enough English to get us through, very nice lady that helped us check in and out. The room was very european (small in some aspects, i.e. the bathroom) but very comfortable and inviting. Parking can be a bit of a whirlwind if you are like and rent a car, so try to plan ahead for that!
The town is great with several small places to eat and drink, and you can take a quick train ride to Lauda to go get wine at Josef or find a secret little place to eat the best food in Germany!

Stayed in Beethoven Suite for 2 nights. Spacious comfortable room. Hotel quiet, friendly staff. Hotel within walking distance of towns attractions. Excellent breakfast. Good selection of food. We had dinner in hotel for 1 night. The chef cooks beautiful German cuisine. We found some staff in shops in the town spoke no or very limited English, but there is always a way to make yourself understood. Excellent local bakeries to enjoy a coffee and delicious cakes. Very welcoming town. Only disappointment was that our stay was not longer enough.

Vacation in Bad Mergentheim
Posted 28 Sep 2015 on HotelsGreat room with a separate sitting area and bedroom. More of a suite and largest we have had on our trip in Germany. Bathroom was nicely updated, but the mechanism to set the shower head height was defective. Owner is very friendly and was working the desk when we checked in and out. Nice personal touch. Softest beds so far for our time in Germany.

Very nice hotel
Posted 5 Sep 2015 on HotelsNice older folks running the hotel. Modern facilities. Firm bed. Good breakfast. Quiet neighborhood. You can't go wrong by picking this hotel. No air conditioning but was cool on the date of our stay.
