Best option for Bad Langensalza but pricy.

Great hotel very clean, spacious rooms, comfortable bed. Friendly stuff. Good food, tasty but Menu is short. Unfortunately nobody from staff speak english , even on the reception. No english menu. Therme which was included to the room price, is open till 20:30, at least that what was written, however I have tried to go at 19:30, and the door to Therme was closed.As they are claiming this is a four star hotel, they shall put more efforts for international customers.

We like our room it’s very spacious from the hotel there is a way going straight to the thermal bad.

When we first checked in the evening/night staff could not speak English. Luckily we have a German relative helped to translate. Initially , she told us it is fully booked then after we showed her our printed copy of booking then she found us a room. Breakfast is good and room is pleasant .Staff at the Breakfast area don't speak English as well.

Ich denke von einem 4* Hotel darf man erwarten, daß man nicht 2 Tage hintereinander (vor allem Sonntags) vom Rasenmäher zwischen 7/8 Uhr geweckt wird. Ein wenig mehr Enthusiasmus und wenige Flegmatismus vom Personal wäre schön. Und für den Preis, dürfen die Slipper auch gerne inclusive sein. Zumal es einen "Bademantelgang" und die Therme (also 3 Schwimmbecken ;-) ) gibt. Zimmer sind schön groß, sauber und zweckmäßig. Aber es fehlt das Herz und der Esprit. Danke aber fürs Taxi.
