The hotel is clean but located in a small village. Nice view looking at the snow on the surrounding mountains.

Hotel feels dated. Service is not what one would expect from a 4 star property. When asked for a corkscrew, was told one must purchase one. Breakfast is good.

Concerning the corkscrew it is right that we offer our guests who have brought their own wine a waiter's cutlery for purchase at our reception.
This cutlery can also be used as a present. :)
Maybe there will be another trip to us.

The hotel is located in an area that was convenient for us to reach a wide range of alpine areas. It was a large establishment frequented by tour groups and conferences. The beautiful flower boxes made it a landmark of beauty in the town. We appreciated the balcony and found the room adequate. Missed tea or coffee facilities and no air con. The bedding was too warm for the warm autumn weather. Breakfast was good and staff friendly.

Very good hotel. Breakfast should include more vegtables but overall a very good exprience.

Very nice hotel. Beautiful setting. Staffs are fantastic. foods are good. Highly recommends this hotel. If I come back, I will pay extra for a room with view.
