COOEE Bad Kleinkirchheim is an exceptional place to stay with children. The staff are brilliant and the food is tasty, varied and exceptional value. We loved the adjoining-rooms and balconies giving us plenty of space. Carinthia is a a brilliant place for a family summer holiday and Bad Kleinkirchheim is the perfect base from which to explore. The Kärnten Card can be bought at the hotel and is a must-have for families. My children said “You have to give it 4 stars. Everything there is great. The kind people who work there, the beds, the scenery. Everything is amazing!”

The staff and service at this hotel was great. The breakfast was plentiful. The only little issue we had was with the fact that this hotel isn't staffed 24/7, therefore, if you arrive late you have to make arrangements for after hours check-in. Make sure that if you book through Expedia that you have a working phone number wherever you're travelling, otherwise, you might end up sleeping in your car like we did!

First of all, we would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused. However, our colleagues at reception have tried everything to reach you by telephone. Unfortunately, we did not have the correct telephone number for you. It was therefore not possible for us to reach you. Our reception is open daily from 07:00 to 21:00 and our hotel bar is open daily until 23:00. In addition, our guests will find a 24/7 emergency number at the main entrance for such cases. Great hotel with minor cons

NO SCRAMBLED EGGS FOR BREAKFAST :o(
Dangerous icy parking lot in front of the hotel with snow avalanches falling from roof.
