Posted 7 Nov 2023 on HotelsThe room was very pleasant and attractively decorated, but had slightly too much ornamentation which caused some clutter in my personal opinion. However, it was very well equipped. Breakfast was generous - we did not finish eating all that was provided. Car parking was free public parking across the street outside.

I’m so glad we found this charming, family run hotel. The room was large and very clean. It is located in a quiet area within walking distance to a grocery, museum, and walking areas. The restaurant on the first floor serves classic German food. I’m glad the owner recommended we make a dinner reservation the late morning when we checked in earlier. While we had dinner, many locals stopped in to have dinner only to be told that they were booked for the balance of the night. What a gem.
