"Die Freundlichkeit an der Rezeption ist meiner Meinung nach ausbaufähig. Spa-Nutzung am Abreisetag nur bis 11 Uhr und ansonsten mit sehr hohem Aufpreis verbunden - das läuft in vielen anderen Hotels schon besser ab. Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das Abendessen war in Ordnung. Bei den Duschen im Spa-Bereich roch es immer nach Kanal, was sehr unangenehm war. Für diesen Preis kommen wir bestimmt nicht wieder, Preis/Leistung für mich nicht gerechtfertigt!"

"Hotel is located in a somewhat remote area, so breakfast is a must, and it's pretty good, you can even order a dish made just for you, otherwise a very good buffet. Sauna is open 12pm to 9pm, so if you're doing things during the day or want to do it in the morning, you're out of luck. Good restaurant provides dinner, but it's closed on Sunday. "

"Nice Hotel I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too. But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "

"I have over 100 bookings annually (4 to 5 stars). But honestly this one was probably the best I've have ever been. We were welcomed with very friendly professional staff. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. We received 4 hours free entrance to the thermal park which was also very nice and clean. Breakfast was so delicious. Kids could also use indoor kid zone. That was so beautiful wooden playground. Kids loved that! "

"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos trató de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable. Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche había un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitación contigua. Era la sala de máquinas. Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepción mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restó importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenía del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenía importancia. "Was not aware when we booked it that they have Weddings going on every saturday during the summer months would have been good to know as we wouldn't have booked here. 1 of the 2 rooms we rented they had a power saving shower and the battery was dead so we were not able to take a shower as there is no one on site over night to fix the issue. So if you are looking to stay here during the summer months and would like some peace and quiet from late night weddings on the weekend maybe try somewhere...
