"This was one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. There is not even a ramp to take your baggage in from the car which is parked away. The staff were unfriendly unhelpful and had a generally bad attitude. The rooms were cramped and the whole hotel felt cramped. The staff at the restaurant wanted you to eat and go as fast as posssible. All in all terrible experience "

"Vi har bott i Bad Gastein många gånger, 2019 bokade vi Villa Orania och blev helt tagna, helt klart bästa boendet i Bad Gastein, vilket innebar att vi självklart bokade Villa Orania även denna gången. Detta året blev det rum 272, magiskt lägenhet i två plan, egen bastu, 3 balkonger, 4 sovrum, ALLT. Vi hade bokat med halvpension även denna gången, vilket innebär att frukost och fem rätters middag intas på Salzburger Hof 👍 ca 100m. "We loved staying here, the owners were super friendly and booked restaurants for us. Everything is brand new and lovely and clean. The sauna with a view is fab and feels quite luxurious. The lounge is really nice too. Ski bus stop is really near and there's a boot room with plenty space. A 15 min walk to restaurants in the evening as it's not right in the centre but we enjoyed it. Or you can use the kitchen to cook if you want to. "

"We enjoyed the stay, the breakfast provided was ample to get something to get you going in the morning. Staff were friendly. We had issues with the bed initially as it was way too soft and bouncy, they ended up bringing boards to our room to stiffen up the bed but it was still bouncy, perhaps time for new mattress "

"The pillows and beds were very uncomfortable. The furniture setting seemed to be an afterthought. One of the sconce light fixtures was directly above where your pillow goes, and kept hitting my head on it. The sofa next to the bed is too large, and seems unnecessary, with a set of bunk beds in the space. The bathroom was nice, clean and large. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities at the main hotel (spa), were great. "

"We have been to a lot of hotels during our travels in Europe and this is one of our favorite hotels. It’s quirky, clean, great location, good service, delicious free breakfast, they give you towels and bathrobes to use in the mineral bath (only a 5 minute walk), friendly staff and provided discounts for the gondola and mineral bath. I would definitely recommend it to everyone!"

"Alrhough it wasn’t in the center of Salzburg, I think we made the right choice to stay here! It was so lovely! The hotel is located in the beautiful countryside of Austria and our room had a beautiful mountain view! Breakfast was superb and most of all, the staff were friendly and helpful!
