We booked an whole apartment for whole family, but there was no towels, soaps, shampoos or floor mats in the rooms.

Dear Fam. Vithal, yes, you have bookend an APPARTEMENT (!!!) on self service. As you can see in your confirmation, there are no towels and soaps included!! You could have ordert and pay them seperatly, as also offered. We have many guests who find floor mas disgusting- so do we and we desited to not offer them any more.

What you write here, is not true !!! All fees are indicated and can be checked before booking, you only have to read the indications. There are no fees for shampoos, and no fees at all for pets. Please consider, that you are not allowed to tell things which are not right. This is not true !!!

Self-service apartment style

Bring all your stuff, including bathroom towels. Also this hotel charges $11.00 for every adult (16+) as final cleaning fee during the stay. I am not impressed being a royal Marriott member .

You forgot to mention the very economic daily rate of the apartment which was only 25,50 per adult !!! Yes of course there is a final cleaning fee per person, which is common for holiday flats. Our guest may decide whether they book a room in the hotel area with all services or the cheap version in the holiday apartment area, where you can add extras according to your own needs, this is what you did :-)

Das Zimmer war sauber und bequem. Das Personal freundlich. Sonderwünsche wurden umgesetzt. Dogsitting war pünktlich und zuverlässig. Leider kein Aufzug. Für Leute mit gesundheitlichen Einschränkungen nur bedingt empfehlenswert. Mir fehlte beim Empfang und bei der Verabschiedung die Hilfe beim Gepäck. Wahrscheinlich hätte ich sie erhalten, wenn ich darum gebeten hätte. Für mich ist solch ein Angebot aber eine selbstverständliche Serviceleistungen. Doch alles in Allem ein gutes Hundehotel, welches ich auch weiter Empfehlen kann.

Omgeboekt naar andere kamer zonder balkon, wel korting wat prima was. Voor ons een goede plek voor wintersport waarbij ontbijt en avondeten zeer goed geregeld was.

Zamluvený jsme měli apartmán s kuchyňkou. Dostali jsme dvoulůžkový pokoj bez kuchyně. teprve na naši reklamaci jsme musel skoro hodinu čekat na pokoj s kuchyňkou. Personál mnoho ochoty nepobral. Ač jsme dopředu psali, že přijedeme v 18,00 hodin, pokoj nebyl připravený. Jinak bylo všude čisto, akorát nám vůbec neukázali, kde je lyžárna a v podstatě s námi nikdo nemluvil.

Vážení hosté, Je nám líto, že s vaší rezervací bylo zřejmé, že se něco pokazilo. Neumím si představit, že její pokoj nebyl dokončen v 18:00. Zde se musela stát chyba! V pokoji je informační složka a hosté jsou k dispozici 24 hodin denně. Obě z místnosti, stejně jako z recepčního telefonu, který je zde uklizený v několika jazycích. Možná vám to ukáže ještě jednou! Rádi bychom se znovu omluvili, že se vám něco zřejmě stalo! upřímně, Rodina Gruber
