We spent one night to visit Cannstatter Volkfest and found the hotel to be easy & safe walking distance to the festival. The hotel was clean and had dedicated parking. All good for our short visit.

The price was competitive for the area.
However the room smelt of smoke, and the curtains did not block the light from the petrol station next door.

Posted 9 Aug 2021 on HotelsNot the newest hotel, but very functional, clean (shower is a little bit dated, but absolutely OK). The ultimate perk: Wild parrots that feed from the tree in front of the house. A delightful surprise. Although only few guests took breakfast, the buffet was really good. Owner is very friendly. It is on a main road, for some, the disadvantage is noise (I did not think it was bad at all), the advantage: Public transportation that takes you everywhere is very close. Nearby a nice suburb with many ethnic restaurants. Very close to the zoo!

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Trotz der starken Verkehrsumgebung durch gute, schallisolierende Fenster keine Beeinträchtigung der Nachtruhe. Beim Frühstück wird auf Sonderwünsche eingegangen. Wer Ruhe beim Frühstück haben will, ist hier zu einem fairen Preis gut aufgehoben.
