Great hotel, great service, good value, very good breakfast. If you like bacon, this is the hotel for you. After staying at 7 hotels this month, Seda has the best breakfast. The roof lounge was also nice. It’s also great being so close to Ayala.
The only aspect of the Seda experience I cannot recommend is the pool. It exists but not great.

Overall, this hotel was relatively good value for money, although the rooms were not quite as good as they look online (lack of colour primarily). The hotel does have a nice hotel roof bar, with a good view. The door staff and reception staff are friendly and the rooms are kept clean. The breakfast in my opinion is 3-4 star rated. The hotel is ideally located within a 5 min walk to the nearest shopping mall. Overall i would book again, due to it's location and roof top bar with views.
