Quick Customer Service and friendly Staffs. Overall rating is very good. Except the water I think from Deep Well.

In the pictures they made the feel bigger than it really was. It was nice for the one night I stayed there. But that room was small.

Posted 4 Mar 2020 on HotelsRooms and hotel clean. Rooms are smaller but adequate. Could've had electric tea kettle and cups in room. Horrible and sometimes non existent WiFi, if you need reliable WiFi find another place. Only place I've stayed that requires 500P deposit on check in. Breakfast was adequate. No coffee in reception area, if you want more than one cup for breakfast have to pay extra.

Posted 1 Mar 2020 on HotelsThere s nights. This hotel has stylish public areas and staff are very polite and will try to accomodate. Breakfast is limited and Filipino in style.
I stayed in a family room as i needed a fridge and was little disappointed. There was no tea or coffee making facilities. The room itself was large and roomy however once in you see how old and dated it is, and while the mattresses were comfy the beds wer knocked together. Advertised daily room cleaning never happened. I didnt ask but felt i shouldnt need to. It is advertised. To be fair however these did not ruin my stay but they do need to be attended along with the NEARLY non existent WiFi.
Finally while i was there one of the rooms did appear to be having work done.

Its generally clean and staff are polite.
Dinning roo is too small to accomodate lots of clients, needs improvement.
