I like its location but they need to improve their cleanliness. The pool is dirty too.

Took sometime for my order of coffee and cake to be delivered to the pool area when the cafe is just a few steps away. Had to walk and follow up my order.

The staffs are not rude but poor customer service. I booked the room for my mom and kids to rest because of power outage but end up getting upset during check in as they we're told that they have to pay for the pool access.
