Unfortunately they do not have a comment on the booking site that they are going through major renovations and there is no real lobby, restaurant, bar. We used breakfast room service 2 times the result was error in the order twice. Our room had a great view of the Charles, but also had hot water supply to the toilet, and the aircon system sounded like running water through a pipe and was noisy when running. The fact they are charging 4 star prices for a 2 star delivery was the hardest to accept. For the record several friends and I have stayed here before so it was a surprise

No está en condiciones de recibir huéspedes. Está en remodelación. No están funcionando los servicios. Cortan el agua. No hay servicio de restaurante, ni alimentos a cuartos. No debieran promocionarlo. Al principio la habitación que me dieron tenía una tina sucia y despostillada inclusive el manoral en pésimas condiciones. Tuve que solicitar me cambiaran la habitación.

As always, the Sheraton provided a nice stay. But they are involved in extensive construction and offered no options (at all) for food, drinks or snacks. It was like staying at a BnB…. C’mon, Sheraton, how about a temporary bar for an after dinner drink ?!?

Best feature - close to Fenway Park. Room had poor bathroom facilities; faced an outside wall to the adjacent Hynes Auditorium so view was VERY limited. Air conditioning noise was constant. Wouldn't change my room when I complained.
