The hotel was lovely. The property was very dirty and full of weeds and the pathways were in disrepair. The spa was very interesting but did not have hot water in their hot tubs as advertised.

1. Room for 3 guests is to small unless you book a premium room. Moreover, The 3rd bed is suitable for hostel but definitely not for a 5 star hotel!!! My body was pain from the springs in my back. We asked for another single bed but the didin't have one. They explain that this is the standard for a basic room. In my opinion, this kind of bed should not be used in a 5 star hotel. Even if it's a basic room.
2. Wifi Reception was very poor in the room. Is it also because we booked a basic room? They have premium wifi available (surchage).
3. No electric kettle available in the room. The reception sent us to the bar to take boiled water in order to drink a tea
4. A wedding was held near our room and people were talking loud out there, after 11p.
Overall, It seems that the hotel policy is to do their best efforts to make you spend more money. Even for basic services

Not suitble for 3 guest in 1 room!

Was a good experience , the room was a little far from the entrance and the spa but overall was a very nice hotel , will return for sure

Relaxing, enjoyable, nice staff, SPA quite crowded

The spa was a bit too crowded and not having a place to put ones belongings while using the facilities was a bit inconvenient.

Beautiful Spa and pools
Posted 25 Aug 2018 on HotelsOh I love this place and so did my kids, but I want to go back just as as a couple alone to really enjoy the amazing spa facilities!
Breakfast was vast and delicious, the location is stunning.
The spa and even the outside pools are something else.
The kids loved the pools and the staff were all very friendly and polite and had perfect English. Huge rooms, that were clean and tidy with nice additions.
Perfect.
