"Good price and location"

"The good stuff - transfer from HCM, polite and helpful staff, great selection at breakfast, beach across the road, a well-equipped gym and a lovely rooftop pool. The not so good - huge influx of families on Friday evening so over the weekend there were children running up and down corridors, late at night and early morming. Customers can choose unlimited from the week day menu. First time I stay at Royal hotel and will never back to this hotel again. Even the room clean, the first floor staffs are friendly.
