Firstly, all the comments about Armando are spot on. What a gem he was. He set up the place with balloons and a bottle of sparkly for my wife for her birthday. And the place is exactly as described. What a beautiful place, only a couple minutes from town and such a restful place.

Agave Blue was an exceptional experience- everything I was looking for in Bacalar! Beautiful view of the lagoon, beautiful property, wonderful service, peaceful, quiet... with all the amenities anyone could need. It's also a short trip into town for groceries, dinner out, or anything else you may want or need. Also, I cannot say enough about how awesome Armando is- tons of recommendations, super friendly, and always very quick to respond. I'm already looking forward to my next stay!

Exceptionnel. En famille à 5 avec vue sur le lagon, ponton privé avec kayaks et paddles; gentillesse extrême de notre hôte ; ce lieu restera notre top n1!

Posted 17 Oct 2023 on HotelsMuy buen lugar para quedarse en Bacalar. A la orilla del lago con buenas facilidades para pasarla bien. Prestan kayaks y paddles. La cabaña muy bien equipada. El único inconveniente es que el baño está afuera de la cabaña y que solo hay ventiladores (no AC). Muy buena atención de Armando.
