Very convenient location -- rooms overlooking the lake have a great view including the mountains (but the lake was unfortunately dry during our stay). Staff extremely helpful but almost no English. However, the manager/owner (Mr Thanh) was often around or available to consult by phone. Breakfast rather limited, though you can get Vietnamese filter coffee and milk if you know to ask for them. No lift, so you might have to walk up three flights, although staff will help you with bags.

Le plus, la situation, l'amabilité du personnel, le manager est venu nous chercher à Sa House.
Suite à un problème de fuite d'eau dans notre chambre, on nous a proposé une autre chambre avec superbe exposition sur le lac.
Le moins, dans la 1ere chambre côté rue, mauvaise isolation des fenêtres
