Staff was friendly and helpful. But property was run down and not cared for.

We had a wonderful view of the harbour. Our room was fine, although no fridge or tea/coffee making facilities. The outdoor facilities were very good. However, the hotel’s only dinner offering was a smorgasbord and was totally inedible.

Hotel was big, clean and had a nice view. Staff friendly and helpful. The downside noisy, limited sitting area at the lobby. The pool is nice, big but very noisy and lots of children. There is no space to swim. Food is good, coffee was very bad. Dinner time no drinks you will need to purchase water for 5 Euros a bottle. Overall great hotel for families with young children not for adults

Expensive for the services provided

Everything is good for the value what I paid for summer July . Very clean hotel and convenient.
Near to beach . Swimming pool was nice .
Few points if they can improve then will be 10 out of 10 . The room should have fridge in this hot weather so we can keep our drinks cool all the time .
Also for evening meal that included in price should provide at least soft drinks & juice for free .

Our stay was pleasant and suited our needs. The hotel was clean and tidy, as were our rooms. The food in the hotel restaurant is actually incredibly good - and should be tried to be believed.
The only downside was Dubrovnik's prices in general - rather than the specific hotel prices. Eating out is very expensive, and that includes drinks at the hotel restaurant and mini-bar in the reception. Extortionate prices for what's on offer - but you pay for convenience.
The hotel staff were overall friendly, however, we did have multiple occasions where we found bar staff rude and dismissive in the hotel.
