"Basic, functional setup of the rooms. Single bed was comfortable, sheets where crisp and clean. Bathroom was also generally clean, with some slightly discoloured grout lines in the shower. "I really like my experience. The bus is in front of the hotel and people from the reception tells you everything about transport, where to go, what to buy, which option is better for you. They speak different languages which is very useful. I loved one argentinian (spanish speaking) guy that helped me a lot. They have welcome drinks for free, etc. The place is quiet, clean and nice. The bathrooms are amazing. Won’t choose another place and also good prices. "

"Took the S9, train straight from the Bradenberg airport, get off at the Schönefeld stop and go down the slope or the steps and up the other side and hotel is right there. 10/15 minutes on the train max. Great customer service from all the staff. Small convenience store across the road for an essential items needed. We booked a business room on 5th floor, had a fridge which was perfect for a bottle of wine or 2. The S9 train, takes you straight into Berlin too. Super convenient. "

"The front desk did lose a small item of mine I asked them to refrigerate but they offered to replace it. Loved my stay, loved the location, short walk to S bahn which opens up the whole city to you. They cleaned my room every day, even if I left after noon. My only complaint would be that there is no mini fridge in the room which would have helped with meds and drinks."

"Really lovely stay here. I'm very picky about beds and especially pillows and I was pleasantly surprised with their selection. Yes the double bed is 2 mattresses joined together but I'm used to a big bed at home and this means collectively the bed is much bigger than a double. I slept really well, which is unusual for me! The view from the suite was impressive and complimentary water appreciated after long days. Very handy location, we chose to walk along the river Spree to the Gate and other attractions just to take in the sights but the train could not be handier. From the airport it's a straight shot to Berlin central station hbf, the hotel it right outside. Quick note if you fancy a nice bottle to bring up to the room navigate to a Hit supermarket, fabulous selection and V cheap."
