All equipments in bathroom are NOT good even at standard level !

All staff can't speak english. Only Japanese

Bad on all staff, no ine speak English. Only Japanese and Vietnamese. From check in to check out, no help at all. Fully not suggest to NON Japanese to stay there.

日本人オーナーだけあって規則には厳格で良いホテルです  日本国内のビジネスホテルと変わりない素晴らしいホテルですが、私はベトナムが好きなのでもう少し融通が聞くほうが好きなので、この評価です

とにかく日本人にとって、毎日徒歩で多種多数な日本レストランや、日本食スーパーの富分に行け、また大手スーパーのロッテマートも至近距離にあるといった生活環境はなにものにも代えがたい。
