This resort is absolutely fantastic! The staff go above and beyond to help, are so friendly and happy! Amenities are impeccable! We cannot fault it at all. Highly recommend!

We booked two garden rooms and stayed 5 nights here. We loved the buffet breakfast and the West Pool which is close to the Lazy River. The aqua aerobics was fun.
There wasn’t much variety of dishes though for the Indonesian Spice buffet dinner, good thing we were able to use our dinner voucher for it so there was no extra cost to us.
There is a side exit to the street market which was convenient.
Good walking distance to the beach, it is a further walk though to get to the Courtyard Beach Club which is closer to the shuttle drop off.
We enjoyed the Balinese massage and facial.
On the negative side, we could hear noise from the corridor and from people over our rooms. Also there was a time when we had to wait for longer than usual for our lunch and they brought out the wrong dish.
Thank you to to the Beach Club staff (didn’t get his name) who did first aid on my husband and to the hotel doctor and the staff in the reception who assisted us in nursing his wound.
Thank you to: Rudi, Ary, Bagus, Artawan, Ferdi, Satria, Suardina, Putu, Putra, Zidan and Dwiki.
Generally, it was a really good stay, staff was polite, the whole place is clean, and conducive to relaxation.

We loved everything about courtyard Bali. The staff were amazing throughout our stay. Highly recommend. Special mention of our room attendants. Yobi and Angga. Fantastic!!!!

The resort itself was nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The staff seen to my every need, no matter what time or what I requested. My wife and grandchild especially enjoyed the shopping at Bali Collection. As for the buffet, the staff were professional and very helpful. Again, overall experience was a pleasant and a nice break from our daily life.
