Posted 20 Jul 2021 on HotelsThe gent and lady who manage the facility were very helpful indeed, and naturally nice people. We got there very late, as we had to drive from Madrid and set off at 6pm. On arriving there was no problem with us checking in around 11pm and the nice also Brough sandwiches to our room for our small daughters to get some food inside of them before sleeping. The hotel is rustic and just fantastic albeit we got there so late that we could not enjoy it as much as it deserves.. We'd love to return.

Pros: The building, the food and the hospitality
Cons: Nothing
Location: An overnight stop en route to ferry but what a find!!
Close to coastal Northern Spain in the middle of nowhere. Excellent rooms, dining and such a beautiful historic building with wonderful hosts.

Posted 11 Sep 2017 on HotelsThis is where to experience the local culture. Local wedding was being held here. Not many foreigner turists stay here because it is not the tourist route. Food is great, clean room, not close to anything.

Posted 11 Nov 2014 on HotelsExcellent all round. My daughter had a tooth infection and was given paracetamol by one of the staff, gratefully received. Food was first class and we were treated in a friendly and courteous manner. No hesitation in recommending this Hotel to others.
