"We had a great time with our kids. The parking garage made entry/exiting very easy. I will say it can be confusing if you are just arriving. I also think the lack of rooms on the 1-2nd floors makes it harder when you have a dog with you for potty breaks. Our kids loved the indoor pool/spa. I do think that area should have more seating available but we had a great time nonetheless. Housekeeping never vacuumed the hallways. The same floss pick and wristband remained on the floor outside our door...

"The reception lady that welcomed us last night and earlier in the next morning was very helpful and friendly but when we were leaving the hotel the other reception lady (the heavyset one) was kinda rude, my partner was talking to her telling her how nice the room service people was and fully ignored him and when we told her we were talking to her she walked away mumbling something in a rude way. Not very friendly person to be at the reception desk. Literally gives you a not welcoming impression."

"The folks that checked us in were very nice, as were the housekeeping and breakfast staff. The room was nice and super clean. The toilet ran unless you messed with it, which made me feel a bit more attention could be paid to maintenance, but it was a fantastic value and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The location was fine for accessing the event we went to in downtown ft worth. We did not encounter any traffic which was very nice, and I attributed that to the location. "
