Beautiful spot! Only disappointment is that photos and description say there is a tea kettle but there is not a tea kettle provided in the room. You can easily get tea from the cafe area, but still, it would be nice to make sure the descriptions match the room.
The breakfast was outstanding. It was so nice and the are is beautiful. The room itself was very comfortable and clean.

The property itself was good Clem and tidy but the bathroom smelt really bad and the shower was broken also the noise from the other rooms was incredibly loud and we found it very difficult to sleep

. Hi,Ayvalık is a historical tourism destination. Our guests prefer us to experience this historical atmosphere. Lunaria Guest House is a 150-year-old stone mansion. Sound insulation in stone and wooden buildings cannot be as effective as in reinforced concrete buildings. This situation is similar to saying that the artifacts exhibited in the museum are very old. Since we are a building 50 meters from the sea, the odor problem you experienced in the toilet due to the wind was an isolated case that lasted for only a few hours. I recommend planning your next holiday in regions with modern reinforced concrete architecture instead of historical destinations and buildings.Thank you for your time.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Beautiful property, great breakfast and wonderful staff! Our rooms were quite adorable and quaint. The only thing is our friends in the room next to us could hear us, the walls are a bit thin with not great insulation. Everything else was amazing!

We really enjoyed this place. The garden is beautiful, and breakfast was one of the best I had in Turkey. Our room was charming with the stone walls and wood beams. It is close to everything without being in the middle of everything. The staff was lovely.

The cleanliness and attentive staff. The breakfast was superb! Liked the ambience of the place. Located up a small cobblestone alley with a lovely outdoor garden to have breakfast and to sit and visit.

Just my kind of place!
Posted 12 Apr 2024 on HotelsOnly stayed 1 night on a longer road trip but wish we'd had longer here. Ayvalik seemed like a lovely place and this hotel in a very old building was perfect for us.
The two bedrooms were ideal for a daily and breakfast in the courtyard was a real highlight.

Very clean, easy check in check out only negative thing is that the rooms are non soundproof.
