Situated on the waterfront this hotel offers an excellent view across the bay towards Cunda Island. It is also incredibly well located with easy access to the centre of town. The hotel staff were very welcoming.

Room exactly as pictured, very clean, friendly staff. Lots of night life around, which can be noisy with live music, talking, etc. So if you want a quit night, I wouldn’t recommend. But if you’re there for night life, it’s the perfect place.

One of the worst hotel I stayed. So noisy, we could not sleep. Room furnishing is like 50 years old. We booked family room with a breakfast, but they are starting to serve it after 9 am, but we had to leave hotel at 7:30 so nothing. Keep away from this hotel

Gayet guzeldi hersey, otelin hemen altinda meyhane olmasi buyuk bir sans. Temizlik konfor ve guleryuzluluk konusunda cok iyiydi. Barlar sokagi 2 dakika yurume mesafesinde canli muzikle eglenebilirsiniz.

Erkek arkadaşımla CasaLyma otelde, ikinci kez konaklayışımız. Güler yüzlü ve oldukça ilgili bir karşılama ve hizmet aldık. Oda oldukça geniş, temiz ve full deniz manzaralıydı. Kahvaltısı da oldukça yeterliydi. Tekrar konaklamak isteyeceğimiz bir otel. Tüm aldığımız hizmetler ve güler yüzü için tüm otel personeline teşekkür ederiz.

Oda temizliği kötüydü banyoda saçlar falan vardı iyi temizlik yapılmamış hijyen otel için olmazsa olmaz bir konudur bu işletme temizlik konusunda sınıfta kaldı. Ayrıca kahvaltı dahil olarak giriş yaptık. Kahvaltıda kullandıkları ürünler ve tabaklarda temiz değildi.

Otelin yerini gosteren bir tabela yoktu bulmakta zorlandık. Karanlik bir resepsiyonda yuzumuze dahi bakmayan bir hanimefendi vardi. Oda mobilyalari kirik dokuk yatak basligi yoktu. Tum bunlari soyledigimizde bohem bir tarz olduğu söylendi. Inandikmi hayir. En onemlisi yandaki pavyon saat sabah 4 e kadar ankara havasi caldi. Uyumak mumkun degil. Kahvalti zayifti. Sadece sabah servis yapan genc arkadas guleryuzlu ve caliskandi. Tek guzel tarafi manzara idi.

Araba ile gelenler için otopark yok ,kendi imkanlarınız ile park yeri bulmanız gerekiyor . Otelin girişindeki barlardan gece yarısına kadar çok yüksek-uyutmayacak derecede - müzik sesi geliyordu. Otelin kahvaltısı zayıftı ,çaylar demleme değil ,termosa atılan poşet çaylardandı mesela :) Otelin en güzel yani güler yüzlü personeli ve harika manzarasıdır .

otel ve konumu çok güzeldi ancak ses yalıtımı daha iyi olabilirdi. gece baska bir yerden canlı muzik sesleri geliyordu ve oda kapılarının altı boştu, yan odanın mesaj sesleri bile duyuluyordu. bunu çözerlerse bence bir problem yok. çalışanlar gayet guler yüzlü karşıladı. civardakibutik otellerden konumu nedeniyle fiyatı yüksekti ama temizliği ve banyoları iyiydi. tesekkurler

Tek kötü yanı çok ara bir lokasyonda olduğu için otoparkı yok ve aracınız varsa biraz uzağa park etmeniz lazım geri kalan aklınıza gelebilecek her konuda çok iyi bir otel..

Ben kahvalti dahil diye 1000 lira fazladan odeme yaptim odaya ama 11 de biten kahvalti saatine 11e 5 kala indik diye bize kahvalti verilmedi. Temizligi rezaletti. Nevresimlerde milletin kili tuyu hala duruyordu. Yastik altlarinda bir yigin kil vardi. Banyo pis birakilmisti ve temizligi iyi olmamis hala sac killari vardi ve banyo o kadar kucukku klozetle el lavabosu neredeyse birlesik tuvaleti kullanirken bacaklariniz sikisiyor resmen ve dusakabine girip cikarken klozeti dizinizle silmeden gecemiyosunuz resmen cunku gececek yer yok o kadar kucuk. Ve otopark yok yakindaki otoparka ayriyeten gunluk 350 lira para vermek zorunda kaliyosunuz Biz cok otelde konakladik boyle rezalet gormedik.

Odalar kesinlikle fotograflardaki gibi degil. Hem daha kucuk hem pencere eksik hem de cok eski. Deniz manzarali panoramik oda diye rezervasyon yaptigimiz odanin fotografini karsilastirabilin diye ekliyorum. Otelin restorani ve canli muzigi adeta odalarin icinde gibi, ozel alaniniz yok. Ustune etraftaki mekanlardan birkac farkli yuksek sesli muzik ile uyumak imkansiz. Sabah da 9’da kahvalti servisi adeta odanin icinde gibi tam altta hazirlaniyor. Deniz manzarasina degil kahvaltiya uyaniyorsunuz.
