Great stay
Room exactly as pictured, very clean, friendly staff. Lots of night life around, which can be noisy with live music, talking, etc. So if you want a quit night, I wouldn’t recommend. But if you’re there for night life, it’s the perfect place.

One of the worst hotel I stayed. So noisy, we could not sleep. Room furnishing is like 50 years old. We booked family room with a breakfast, but they are starting to serve it after 9 am, but we had to leave hotel at 7:30 so nothing. Keep away from this hotel

Situated on the waterfront this hotel offers an excellent view across the bay towards Cunda Island. It is also incredibly well located with easy access to the centre of town. The hotel staff were very welcoming.

Fiyatına göre düşük standartlı.
bir tane havluda oldukça belirgin ve fazla sayıda sarı lekeler vardı. Otelin merkezde olduğunu biliyorduk, kendi bahçelerindeki meyhane normal bir saatte müziği kesmesine rağmen yandaki otellerden birinde bir gece düğün oldu ve aşırı yüksek ses vardı. İkinci gece yandaki başka bir otel gece 2-3 gibi bahçede arabesk müzik çalmaya karar verdi ve uyuyamadık. Kahvaltı olabilecek en ucuz ürünlerle servis ediliyordu. Yönlendirdikleri otopark biraz pahalıydı. Siz yönlendiriyorsanız biraz ucuz olmasını beklerdik. Tek iyi yanı güler yüzlü çalışanlardı. Asansör yok. Fiyata göre maalesef hayal kırıklığı.

Yeni bir hotel, temiz. Yataklar rahat, manzara harikaydı. Konumu da Ayvalıkta eğlenecek kişileri için güzel bir yerde. Kahvaltısı serpme kahvaltı. Bizim için gayet yeterliydi. Tavsiye ederim. Tek sıkıntı, erkenden yatacak ve ses dolayısıyla rahatsız olacak kişilere, altınada ve yanında meyhane var. Altındaki meyhane belli bir saat sonunda kapanıyor ama yanındaki durmadı resmen. Fiyat olarak bence gayet idealdi. Sundukları güler yüzlü hizzmet için teşekkür ederiz.

Genel olarak memnun kalmadık. Öncelikli iyi yanlarını söyleyeyim. Yatak ve yastıklar rahattı, uykuya dalabildiğiniz anda gerisi konforlu fakat.. uykuya dalmanıza birçok engel var. - Konumu çok merkezi (bu güzel), etraftaki mekanlardan ultra ses geliyor, 1:15 'e kadar odada durulmuyor. Bina dış yalıtımı kötü. Fakat 1:15'ten sonra yatarım diyorsanız iç yalıtımda kötü, yan odadaki seslerde odanızda gibi, bu sefer de o sesler rahatsız ediyor. - Ses beni rahatsız etmez diyorsanız odadaki rutubet kokusu gibi ağır yerleşmiş kokular var, koku aşırı rahatsız ediyor. - Diyelim bu koşullarda uyudunuz ve sabaha ulaşmayı başardınız. Sizi güzel bir kahvaltı bekliyor.. demek isterdim fakat kahvaltı deniz kenarında olması haricinde hiç güzel bir şeyi yok, ürünler kalitesiz ve lezzetsiz, biz yiyemedik. Ama yenilebilecek lezzette olsaydı porsiyonları fena değil. Bunlar haricinde; odada sandalye yok, çöp yok, banyoda giderleri tıkalı çok yavaş gidiyor, sifon çok yavaş doluyor, oda kapısı gevşek bu yüzden sürekli rüzgardan kapı çarpıyor ve onun sesi de ayrı rahatsız ediyor gibi ufak sorunlar da var. Otopark konusunda yakınında özel otopark var ama yoğunluktan yer bulamadık, uzak bir yere park etmek zorunda kaldık. Normalde 2 gece konaklamamız olacaktı, biz bu deneyimler sonrasında 1 gece konaklayıp erken çıkış yaptık ve başka bir yerde konaklamayı tercih ettik, zira bir gece daha kalınabilecek konforda değildi.
