The property is very nice and could be a phenomenal destination with its location on the river. The staff was nice and tried to be helpful. Bar soap was not provided only shampoo and shower gel. A hair dryer was provided but was located in the room. I found out later that the outlet in the bathroom did not work which is why the hair dryer was in the room. Breakfast was pretty sad compared to other hotels but it was tasty and plentiful

This is a really good hotel, the staff are really accomodating and helpful, i got my mirror smashed at night on my motorbike when parked in the car park and night and they replaced it free!!! really big thank you, very clean and comfortable place! Breafast could include cerials and having the reseraunt open in the evenings would be good but apart from that excellent!! Love the staff they listen to you and try to help, really good!! very happy customer!!!

Avoid at All Cost. A Terrifying Horror!!!

Pros: Nothing we liked
Cons: Everything in this hotel is wrong. Everything need improvements. I have a feeling that this hotel will be demolished.
The worst hotel I had never stayed. Everything is wrong with this place. Start by lack of signage on the driveway leading in the parking lot. The driveway is impossible to find at night. We even missed the driveway again in daytime, driving at walking pace. Parking lot is a gravel lot. Feel like a construction site. No clear marking to hotel lobby. Confused at where to park. No staff help offload luggage until half way through the corridor leading in the lobby. Registration staff is lack of enthusiasm that you would typically anticipate in Thailand. Elevators are old with poorly painted doors. Room had the smell of a 40 year old apartment unit that had been trashed. Air Con was noise, and had problem maintaining a constant temperature. Bathtub has nasty moldy corking. Mattress felt like it is at least 30 years old. The lining covering the mattress had torn off at the corners exposing the sponge material. Under the bedding cover is a bed cover that is full on yellow and brown stains that resembles of a diaper; we had sleep on it all night. At night, the parking lot was full of cars and lacked of parking. No staff on-site to assist in looking for parking spot. It always happened that it rained. 80% of the gravel parking lot was flood with ankle deep pools of muddy water. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! VERY DISGUSTING!!!

Bad value

The main issue with this hotel is that it seems to be abandoned! There were pretty much no guests and it's location is not great. The wifi didn't work while we were there and the staff don't speak English. They provided a crib as requested and that was nice!

An outdated and overpriced hotel!

We booked this hotel in Ayutthaya for 1 night. The room and hotel were dirty and outdated. There wasn't free WiFi available eventhough it was mentioned on the booking confirmation. The room was filthy and badly taken care of. The window had cracks, the curtain was ripped, the furniture outdated and the bathroom was disgusting.... Breakfast was terrible as well! The location isn't great there is a highway you need to cross to get to the old city and tempels, meaning you need to take a songthae or a taxi every time. Only positive elements were the nearby train station and the bed.
