Sheets were clean. Beds had springs. Ants in kettle. Aircon worked well but was very very loud. No food available at the hotel but a nice Chinese restaurant next door. Showers and toilets needed a good clean.

Will not recommend or book in there again
Posted 12 Sep 2023 on HotelsOn arrival no toilet paper in any toilets, only 1 of the toilets and showers were working, no hot water. Room had tea and coffee but no jug. Windows would not shut properly.

No hot water as well as no heads up for any of the inconvenience. No wifi even tho stated with wifi. Room was filthy with dirt and crumbs on the bed and used sheets and towels on the ground. Absolutely appalled and disgusting for the price I had to pay so I expect my money back and I hope they respond fast before I send the review everywhere.

A little unsafe for solo female travellers but not horrible. No demarcation on male and female toilets and no toilet paper or hand towels in female bathrooms. Shower not operational and not private. Hopefully renovations will help as lots of improvements look like they’ll be made soon

The person that checked us in was pleasant. He let us check in early because were travelling from Richmond that early morning. We had clean sheets and bed
The place was unfortunately dirty and a bit unkept
