"Very old and the lease the resort should provide drinking water which is charged as only bottled water is consumed. Breakfast below average and not many choices. This is a 2-3star resort"

"When I arrived at the hotel on the first day, there was fruit and red wine on the table. It was really nice that the receptionist would take me to my room and show me everything. A small and cozy hotel. The hotel's surroundings were also clean. There were grocery stores nearby, and a beautiful and clean-looking long promenade where you can go for a run. It was also good that there were no animals nearby. Really friendly, professional and helpful staff who helped and guided me when I needed help....

Towels had stains on them and toilet door had no privacy wouldn’t lock or close correctly you could look in. We were there the one week and not once was the room cleaned or sheets changed in duration of the week we slept in dirty sheets made us disgusting, the shower wouldn’t drain properly and had a few friendly cockroaches arrive. "We visited as a family of 9 and were very well looked after. The staff were friendly and always on hand. The swimming pools were warm and spacious. The beach was clean and peaceful. Our bungalow with the swim up pool was amazing. The massage at the spa was to a good standard. The food was good and the chefs were open to making additional food for coeliac and vegetarians. The sushi at Mikashu was good quality and the deserts were delicious. We had a great time and would recommend to everyone."

"Always my favourite place to stay in Napa clean modern and staff are amazing the food is fantastic there is also an option to make your own food there is a kettle toaster microwave and fridge in the room it great to have the option the club sandwich is a must to try they have an amazing poolside vibe with dj Leo and me singing when I stay haha thanks guys see you next year ☺️"
