This is a young people place. Loud music playing by the pool area all day! With a balcony towards there... And, you here all the bar noice all night. Who said Ayia Napa is not a party town any longer....

Place is really nice,pool is good,but closed after 19:00 and staff is starting cleaning at 18 that is bothering to enjoy the rest of time,food and drinks are not allowed this is also not good, there is no equipment for cleaning, for example a dustpan and a broom, the linen was stained, after they asked to change it, the linen was still not clean, the breakfast was super very satisfying and varied but you can not take breakfest with you for somoene,paid is paid no matter where to eat,Good at all. Thanks!

Room door had previously been booted off. Food was never cooked correctly. Bed was broken from day 1. No clean towels for days. No toilet roll for days at a time. Found eggs thrown at our room multiple times. Noisy neighbours. No lifeguards at the pool. Beds felt like wood plus only one pillow. Disrespectful cleaners barging in at anytime they wished.

Dear Pat, Thank you for taking some time in giving us a review of your experience with us. However please allow us to inform you of the following. As per your comments cleaners where knocking on your door at any time. Kindly note that the cleaners work from 07:30 until 16:00 and they start cleaning rooms after 10:00 this means that you never opened the room to the cleaners to clean the room, provide you with fresh towels, and take the garbages out and give you toilet rolls. You said that your neighbors were noisy when you have been noisy as well and you were asked multiple times to calm down which you didn't. Extra pillows can be found in the closet. Even if you didn't find any, why didn't you just ask for extra pillows from the reception? Now as for the door please remember that one of your friends damaged the door and the issue was fixed the next day by maintenance. Finally as for the pool lifeguards kindly note that we follow all rules and regulations applicable to ensure the safety of the people using the pool. These policies are clearly stated on boards around the pool. Thank you Kindest regards From the Management

The location is great, plus it s clean. Main issue is that you are not able to sleep during the night as many young guests are very loud. The manager offered us free late check-out for that reason, which was nice move. All together, it was nice stay.
