"Our room was on the first floor and smelled very, very musty when we walked in. My 4 year old grandaughter immediately commented that it smelt "really bad" so we opened up the patio door and turned on the bathroom fan which eventually helped. The pool temperature was quite cool and the indoor hottub jets would not turn on when we tried the switch unfortunately. The outdoor hottub was working properly and was quite lovely. There were no bathrobes in the room and when we inquired at the front desk...

"The staff was very helpful. There was no recycle container for recycling. No plastic liner in the shower. Very good restaurant for supper . Very close to downtown Magog and stores and restaurants galore. If not for the rain both days it would have been perfect. Hotel room was great. Very comfy king size bed. "What a fantastic stay. I was concerned we were going to be late for check in and the attendant answering the phone assured me that even though we were going to be a few minutes late that the restaurant was open and there would be someone there. We arrived, were treated like family and invited to eat at the restaurant (which is an absolute gemstone and was chock full of guests so we knew it was going to be good). The meal was amazing. We will be back if we are in the area again!"
