This is where the Spanish go on their holidays! Despite a series of issues, we had a very enjoyable (but hot) stay. The hotel and rooms were immaculate,a/c efficient, everything was very clean and attended to, the staff were very accommodating and attentive, even with our limited Spanish.The food was exceptional and a special mention should go the fish/meat/omelette/crepe grill staff who worked tirelessly to cook the freshest food - I would love a fish grill man at home! I have never known such an extensive, high quality all inclusive resort and I have travelled extensively.Breakfasts at peak time were best avoided as it was just sheer madness and I felt for the staff, but they were superb. Please leave them a tip before you go! And a special mention has to go to Moises on reception for upgrading us to the most marvelous sunset view accommodation and topped it off with a bottle of chilled fizz to enjoy on our huge terraces. Very much appreciated. Maybe next time our Spanish will be good enough to join in group activities and more entertainment. Very comfy beds - had some of the best sleep in ages. Amazed that such quality branded drinks are AI too. Thank you to everyone who made the English family welcome.

Áreas comuns pouco confortáveis.

Restaurante com poucas opções de comida e estações de comida, ou seja, muita confusão para conseguir se servir. O hotel parece um centro comercial, com pouca área verde e exterior. Apesar de o atendimento ter sido excelente por parte do staff todo, da recepção ao pessoal da limpeza, achamos que não vale o investimento. Optamos por meia pensão e depois vimos que o melhor seria mesmo só pequeno-almoço e fazer as demais refeições na marina ou um lanche no bar da piscina.
