Was really nice journey to get there and staff are very accommodating and friendly. Beautiful views all round and the breakfast was lovely too.

Hotel quite old and out dated looked like it was last painted a decade ago. And the room was the same very underwhelming
We ordered a room with a double bed only to get 2 singles pushed together. Not even hooked in together which we had to do ourselves.
The food whilst really nice was spoiled by the staff being either extremely over the top with their mannerisms and talking or just taking forever to actually serve us, we waited 15 mins to even be asked what we’d like to drink to be told there’s no drinks menu and then another 15 mins to take our food order and then bought the sides out for our mains nearly ten mins after our mains came out.
Then to top it off Sunday morning the cleaners just let them self into our room at 10 am after we’d got back from the gym and was showering and getting ready to pack and depart

Tired hotel
Posted 23 Jun 2024 on Hotels Very disappointed with this hotel. The room was tiny, tired, hot and dark. It was a long way from reception up and down multiple stairways and quite difficult with luggage. The hotel itself - again - in great need of updating in all areas.
