We loved the food, the location (right on the water), the staff was very helpful. Was disappointed with the condition of the rooms. Not updated.

I recently stayed at this hotel and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. There were several issues that significantly impacted my stay: 1. Amenities: There was no safety deposit box in the room, and neither an iron nor an ironing board was available. 2. Bathroom Issues: The bathroom did not flush properly, which was a major inconvenience. Additionally, for a hot shower, I had to call the lobby. I also had to request additional bathroom tissues, and there were no napkins provided at all. 3. Water Supply: one day There was no water for several hours during our stay. This was extremely problematic and unacceptable. On a positive note, the staff were generally nice and helpful. However, the front desk staff were an exception to this. Their attitude and service left much to be desired, contrasting sharply with the rest of the team. If you want to enjoy the view of the hotel, I would recommend staying elsewhere and visiting as a guest. Overall, while the majority of the employees were friendly, the significant issues with the room and facilities, coupled with the unhelpful front desk staff, mean that I cannot recommend this hotel.

We stayed 12 years ago and it nothing has been updated. A little disappointed. The staff was great. The bungalow, even though listed as having a king pullout sofa and a king bed, only had a king bed and 2 chairs. We had to pay $30 dollars extra to get another bed in the room.

Stayed for 2 nights, shower water was cold ask the staff said they will fix it, second day cold water still.
