Okay first of all all around the ceilings as covered in so much mold then you go in the bathroom and uncover even more mold, the corners of the room had webs in them one of them had a huge spider in it aswell, the other web covered the tip held of the bathroom door, I was in the bathroom when 2 huge cockroaches come out of no where, there’s no cutlery or bowls. The towel had lint all over them which appeared dirty. Upon arrival there’s no one at the desks but all the doors to enter are unlocked, it’s spinning doors and anyone can access.

Everything is good but apartment is suitable for 10 people shares only 1 bathroom uncomfortable.

Clean room. But room heating set at 21° and you can't change or turn off. Nobody sleeps with the temp that high. Also hallway doors slam close half the night and again early morning.

I booked through hotels.com - my credit card was charged an additional $13.50 on top of the amount that Hotels.com said they were charging. - they blame JE Resort - JE Resort blame Hotels.com. Spoke to both - each blames the other for this charge... Not satisfactory.
