Rental management is disorganized and confusing. The property has multiple rental management groups which are not connected and do not communicate with each other. Front desk staff is not helpful at all and after 5pm has no authority to help customers with accommodation requests or issues… prices are extremely high for the poor service provided by the staff

Hi Polly, thank you for the feedback. We sincerely apologize that we were sold out and did not have a larger unit available for you stay. We were not notified of your issue at check in that evening so we were not able to resolve until the morning. We are also sorry about your experience with the staff and that the resolution of a partial refund was not satisfactory. We completely understand that you thought you had booked a larger condo and did everything we could to help the situation. We reached out directly to you 3 times prior to your arrival. The first confirmation email did include the unit type - 'hotel room'. We sent a second email and also gave a courtesy call. Again, sorry we still fell short and we hope you are able to give us another chance in the future.

The hotel is outdated and under construction

Thank you for your review and I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. Apologies the construction project on the outdoor hot tub was not well communicated in advance and hopefully you were able to enjoy the rest of our amenities. We do have one of four elevators out of services while we work on completely renovating them. Thank you for your patience as we continue to improve our property and we hope to see you again in the future.

Excellent Location and amenities for Family ski vacation. Plenary of room. Well equipped kitchen.
