The rooms were large and comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Parking will be an issue during peak holiday season. And, accessing the property in a large vehicle will be impossible since the road is SO NARROW. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and we were able to walk everywhere within Avola. Most restaurants were already closed for the season when we visited in early Nov so bear that in mind if you plan to visit during the off season.

My friend and I were overwhelmed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff at the property. The hotel is charming, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We loved our rooms. There is a wide choice of both sweet and savoury food at breakfast and fresh fruit plus a homemade cake every morning. Franco concocts a delicious array of cocktails at the bar at only 6 euros each! We will definitely return and I am recommending it to all my friends and family.

Staff was very friendly and professional, facility was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Magnifique endroit, très confortable, les chambres sont tous neuves, décorées avec goûts,les petits déjeuner avec beaucoup de variétés, tous les jours différents. Les propriétaires sont très accueillant Nous avons eu beaucoup de plaisir!!!

Etablissement singulier dans le centre historique: très belle restructuration, literie très confortable et petit déjeuner excellent. Les propriétaires se sont montré vraiment accueillants et ont tout mis en oeuvre pour que nous puissions utiliser la cuisine qui était équipée plus que succintement...

El establecimiento es muy confortable y decorado con mucho gusto. La habitación era muy amplia. No echamos en falta nada. Es muy tranquilo y familiar y lo mejor de todo es el trato de toda la plantilla, Serafina y Franco.

Cómoda estancia

Buena localización, cerca de Noto y de Siracusa. Buena recepción. Fallaba algún detalle y lo resolvieron pronto. El desayuno es bueno aunque mejorable.
