The beds were uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise from other guests in the room next door at 2am in the morning. The menu for the evening meal left a lot to be desired but in fairness the waiter did try his best. Sadly we will not be booking a return visit

They have a breath taking view of the Muralla de Ávila. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. It is far from the main areas where the shops and restaurants are at so make sure you have comfortable walking shoes. S

Could do a lot better.
Posted 8 Apr 2024 on HotelsReception unwelcoming and staff non smiling, treated guests as nuisance. Decor tired, room furnishing and carpets in need of good clean, beds very hard and no charging points. On the positive side the best view of the historic city with 15 min walk on footpaths to city gates. Excellent cafe and restaurant with very friendly, helpful waiters, very popular with locals.
